Book Review for ALL YOUR PERFECTS by Colleen Hoover
ALL YOUR PERFECTS by Colleen Hoover

My Highly Caffeinated Thought: A raw and sincere look at the ups and downs of love over the course of seven years of marriage.
ALL YOUR PERFECTS is an honest look at how life and circumstances can change a relationship. Hoover uses Quinn and Graham in the past as well as the present to inform the reader of where they used to be as opposed to where they are now. We get to see them at their best and their worst.
The thing I loved about this book was the candor. It was honest, gritty, and didn't shy away from issues which affect relationships. The way hoover unraveled the story was only made better by the expressiveness in her writing. She brings you down a journey with her characters filled with highs and lows. This is where she shines.
What I was missing was more of the ugly cry moments. I know...I want more emotion from Colleen Hoover? Have I gone mad? Possibly. It could be just me, but I wanted more of the feels and heartbreaking sentiment from the characters. Don't get me wrong, I felt for them both. Their struggles in keeping their marriage together was impactful, but I wanted more.
All in all, this is a good book. I have no doubt that all the CoHorts and Hoover fans are going to love it.

The #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us—whose writing is “emotionally wrenching and utterly original” (Sarah Shepard, New York Times bestselling author of the Pretty Little Liars series)—delivers a tour de force novel about a troubled marriage and the one old forgotten promise that might be able to save it.
Quinn and Graham’s perfect love is threatened by their imperfect marriage. The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years are now tearing them apart. The one thing that could save them might also be the very thing that pushes their marriage beyond the point of repair.
All Your Perfects is a profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. This is a heartbreaking page-turner that asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?
